Yes. You can commission narration alone, selected post-production stages or a complete package including recording, editing, mastering and chapter preparation. State what your team will handle when requesting the quote.
How do you keep an unpublished book confidential?
I treat the text, files and project arrangements as confidential and use them only to prepare the sample and complete the commissioned work. Project details are agreed directly with me.
How long does production take?
A book of around 300 pages usually takes 2 to 4 weeks to record and produce. I confirm a specific schedule after reviewing the length, difficulty and expected delivery specification.
Which formats and technical specifications can you deliver?
I can deliver WAV or MP3 files, split and named by chapter. Before recording begins, we confirm parameters required by your publisher, distributor or chosen platform rather than assuming one universal specification.
How are corrections handled?
I correct my own reading mistakes, such as an omitted line or misread word, at no additional cost. Changes introduced to the approved text after recording are quoted separately according to their scope.
What does the audiobook licence cover?
The licence is agreed for the planned use, distribution channels, territory and duration. These terms differ between a self-published release and a publisher-led distribution, so they are included in the individual quote.
